Thanks again to everyone who loved House Party’s limited-time event and asked for it to become permanent! We were blown away by how much love you doods had for the seasonal update we added, and we’re happy to officially say that House Party’s spooky season will be returning permanently!

 

As promised, we will also be adding a toggle on/off feature for the holiday content, so you’ll be able to turn off the Halloween event in-game without having to uninstall or redownload your DLC! Our team is working hard on finalizing this feature and it’s looking like we should move into internal private beta testing for it in early 2023!

 

This feature should make it super convenient for all of you to manage your seasonal DLC in a straightforward visual selection screen within the Main Menu of the game, so we hope you’ll really like it!

House Party Stable Release 1.0.7 – Winter Holiday Update

Happy Holidays, partiers!
 
This winter, there are plenty of exciting new decorations around the house party! You’ll find pine garlands, hanging lights, glowing candy canes, star-shaped lights, ornaments, a snowman, and snowflake window decals all around Madison’s house.
 
The partygoers are dressed with holiday spirit, too; several of House Party’s characters are wearing Santa hats, elf hats, and even a festive sweater! 
 
In this cheery update, it will be snowing lightly outside, you’ll be able to throw snowballs at other party guests, and Frank will be getting into the spirit of the holidays in a short new themed side-quest! It’s a little bigger than our Halloween update was, so we hope you enjoy it!
The winter update is live now…so what are you waiting for? Go play it, partiers! Deck the balls, doods!

A lot of you doods have been asking us about Office Party lately, and we’re happy to say that we are still working on it alongside House Party!

 

Right now, Office Party still is in very early development. We are currently focused on planning and conceptualizing the game, while laying out the basic framework for gameplay features we would like to add. We’ve learned a lot throughout these past years of developing House Party, about what everyone likes and dislikes and what features many of you would like to see, and we are trying to take our time to carefully compile a detailed plan of everything Office Party should be before we move forward fully with dedicated development.

 

With that said, it will be a while before you see any sort of official screenshots, teaser videos, or playable demos of Office Party. We have a long journey ahead, but we are excited to build an exciting new game for everyone that will be even bigger and more dynamic than House Party!

 

 

If you would like to support our development or view early not-fit-for-public-consumption in-progress development screenshots, we will be posting updates every so often on our Patreon. You can visit it here. The lowest monthly tier will unlock many of our early screenshots, while our higher-level tiers will provide greater benefits (such as access to polls and exclusive early testing builds) further down the road.

House Party Stable Release 1.0.6 – POV Intimacy & UI Improvements

House Party Stable Release 1.0.6 is ready to play – and it’s packed with smoking hot new POV intimacy updates!

 

We’ve wanted to deliver an update focused on expanding the Explicit Add-On for a while now, so we’re hyped to share this with everyone and hope you’re stoked to explore the sweet stuff we added in this update!

 

So, what did we add? Check it out, doods:

 

  • Spicier Female Player Intimacy: The POV intimacy system will better correspond with the female player story. You can now access POV intimacy for the female content!

 

  • POV Intimacy Will Be More Gender-Accurate: Now female-female intimacy will prefer to use more gender accurate pairing acts – like scissoring (yeah, that’s new!) rather than male-female or male-male acts.

 

  • New Female-Centric POV Intimacy Poses: Scissoring, fingering, and female-centric sixty-nine 

 

  • A Newly-Implemented Frank Cutscene: We added a cutscene that was only available through console commands to the gameplay. Enjoy a blowjob featuring the male protagonist and your favorite booze-hating bald dude!

 

  • Top & Bottom M/M Position Swapping: During POV sex between the male player and male NPCs, you can now also swap between top and bottom positions!

 

  • A New Main User Interface Sound Scheme: As you move and click around the menus in House Party, there are satisfying new sound effects that show when you’re hovering over and clicking on things.

 

  • Extra Polish For Custom Story Cosmetic Issues: Certain stories that made use of held drinks, or custom Character names, should see fewer immersion breaks. Additional small emotive, sound, and cosmetic issues for POV intimacy have also been remedied, too (check our patch notes)!

 

  • Bug Fixes: Vickie’s “Training Day”, Compubrah-VR bugs, and several UI issues have now been fixed!

The Party’s Not Over – House Party’s Second Expansion Pack Guest Teaser

With the House Party – Doja Cat Expansion Pack live, we’re excited to share more information about the future of House Party!

 

Our next DLC will bring another real-life guest to the party, and this special someone is bringing a wild and steamy new story to the party!

 

 

It’s a blast bringing new, real-world personalities and audiences to our game, and working with the Game Grumps, LetyDoesStuff, and Doja Cat have all been incredible experiences. We’ve been asked by players for more crossovers, and these partnerships bring great value to our studio, which in turn gives us the resources to bring to life much of what our players ask for.

 

More info on this awesome upcoming guest is coming soon, and their exciting DLC will take us back to the edgy roots House Party is known for! We’re stoked to work alongside a partner who has played (and loves) House Party and wants to explore making adult content with us. Get hyped, doods: Our next DLC will be packed with some of our wildest explicit scenes yet!

 

And just because we’re doing these awesome guest partnerships doesn’t mean we aren’t keeping in mind possibilities for Original Story Expansion Packs in the future, too! We’ve gotten some really fun player suggestions so far about different areas of the original partier backstories we could explore further in the future.
